Payment
All sales are final from the moment payment is taken. No goods will be shipped without payment (and the right selection of shipping type e.g. if you reside in New Zealand select international shipping). The final price of the order delivery costs (inclusive of GST where applicable) is always in AUD sterling.

Shipping

All orders placed are shipped out within the week of purchase (unless the product is pre-order). 

Also note that we are based in Australia, therefore if you reside outside of Australia, please select the shipping option that says 'International', (that regards all those who wish to have their product shipped OUTSIDE of Australia).

If a purchase is made to be shipped outside of Australia and has not been selected and paid for international shipping, your order will be refunded and an email will be sent to the one provided within the order.

Returns
If in the unfortunate case your product is faulty, you can only return goods if the product has been purchased within a 7-day period. Please be aware that we cannot secure exchanges as the stock is produced in limited quantities. We therefore suggest always enquiring first before committing to any decision.

Please also note that we will not be able to accept returns unless contacted first via email or social media (for any inquiries at all click the 'Contact' tab. Furthermore, if you wish to return/exchange a product, you will not be refunded or have your product exchanged until the product is delivered to the address provided.

The returned merchandise must be in the same condition as it was sold and repacked as close as possible to the way it was received. Furthermore from this, evidence must be provided that the product recieved contains a fault/s.

Lost/Missing Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.

If in the unfortunate case this happens, contact us via Instagram or email (provide your order number as well as name on the order). From there we will do our best to assist you by:

- Offering a replacement of the item(s)
- Issue store credit for the value of the order (excluding the cost of shipping).

Refunds are not available for lost parcels, unless it is at our fault (e.g. the address we provided to the shipping carrier was incorrect to what was originally provided).
